    • minimum two years experience as a QA Specialist or a Software Developer,
    • minimum two years experience in leading a team of QAs or Developers,
    • ability to gather feedback, evaluate it and set key goals,
    • entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated the ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment,
    • experience in using bug tracking tools such as Jira,
    • strong critical thinking abilities, analytical skills and high level of assertiveness.
